Rapport© is a combination of our robust Sequel Database with a user friendly, thin client, Microsoft .NET operator interface, combined with the market leading "Rockwell Firstpoint Contact" telephony, email and fax server. Our systems enable customers to communicate with agents via multiple channels including telephone, fax, SMS and email seamlessly and in a manner with which the customer is most comfortable.
It's so easy to use
Our agents can simply access our systems via their telephone and a secure link through their broadband Internet service. They just log on to our systems at the allotted time(s) and Rapport© commences presenting the target’s details and dialing the telephone numbers.
Rapport© Teleworker includes a scripted approach and a suite of standard customised reports and features for the client that promote increased productivity and accuracy of data capture.
Operator telephone conversations are directed via a simple scripted call guided approach. The call guide designs the logic of the customer conversation to react differently according to the direction of the actual conversation with the prospect target.
