Before joining Unity4, I was working as a Home Carer for my local council, trying to keep up with my kids and my husbands shift work, as well as the usual stuff such as Housework, etc. Since beginning work with Unity4, I earn more money, have more time and can be at school functions for my kids. I love it, and can not imagine doing anything else! I get to talk to lots of different people every day and can do things for myself and my family that I either didn't have time or money to do before.

I live on the Gold Coast and work full time for Unity4. The work is varied and I love the flexibility of working from home. The staff at Unity4 are very friendly and helpful and above all patient! I'll be at Unity4 until I'm old and grey - oh that's right I am old and grey now!

I was concerned about re-entering the workforce with a young child until I discovered Unity4. I can schedule my work around kinder, doctors appointments, childcare and even play dates. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would find a job that would allow me to call the shots as to my availability. I've never been more driven and focused in a job because I feel in control of how much I earn depending on how hard I choose to work. I work because financially I need to and with Unity4 I can get straight down to business. I don't waste hours each week driving to and from work, I don't stress out over office politics, and I don't need to spend my hard earned money on office attire, because none of these things are an issue when you work from home. Unity4 has given me a lifestyle I used to dream about.

I started contracting with Unity4 in July 2003 and was not sure initially whether this would be the vehicle to attain my short and long term goals without having to go to an office each day working a 9 to whenever job.

I set up my office at home, exactly like a work station in a company. Every Sunday night I organise my week and advise unity 4 what hours I will be available. Each day work is allocated and I set aside the hours required to complete the job and send it back it each day at the close of business. It requires motivation, discipline and good time management.

I have the full support of a dedicated team at unity 4 who go out of their way to ensure that my business runs smoothly, efficiently and that I have job satisfaction.

The rewards have been the flexibilty with my hours, being able to attain my personal and business goals with the remuneration that far exceeds working a full time position, travelling back and forth each day to an office and being in control of my destiny. I choose how hard I work and how much I want to earn.

In June of this year I was in a position to purchase a new luxury vehicle which represents my hard work and prestige of being successful.

I have grown with the company and I am part of the vision the founders of Unity4 are committed to. I look forward to being part of this aggressive growth and working with positive people with a can do attitude.

I work between 20 to 25 hours per week and have not looked back.
