We thank you for your interest in becoming an Agent with Unity4 and welcome the opportunity to consider you as a candidate.

All applications are treated with strict confidence. The information that you submit is for our internal purposes only and will not be provided to any other organisation for any purpose.

Please note that initial correspondence from Unity4 will be by email, so it is important to supply a complete and accurate email address.

1. Registration and Application
To register to apply to Unity4 you will need:
  • A user name – this will be your email address
  • A password

To apply to Unity4 you will need to answer a series of questions about your home office set up, skills, education, and employment history.

2. Assessment
  • Computer Skills Assessment: This consists of 20 Multiple Choice questions. It is intended to assess your familiarity around some common applications and your ability to troubleshoot.
  • Reasoning Assessment: This consists of 20 Multiple Choice questions designed to test your cognitive reasoning skills.

The Computer skills and reasoning assessments are designed to rank applicants. There is no pass or fail mark. So don't be scared if you can't answer all the questions!

3. Interview
This interview will be conducted over the telephone with a member of the Human Resource Department. Unity4 uses Competency and Behavioural Based Interviewing when selecting Agents. You will be asked questions based on the key competencies of the role and will be asked to give specific examples from your past experiences.

4. Set up
You will be required to set the remote agent software. You will be directed to web links to view the installation and will have access to web files.

5. Training
You will need to undergo software training and testing. All of the training and testing that you will need to complete is delivered online. There are a series of Modules for each of the applications that you will use. You will be required to view a training module and then complete a short assessment at the end of each one. You are able to undertake the online training at your own pace. You can sit through all the modules or complete what you can and come back later. If you do not get through a module you have the opportunity to re-sit it.

6. Go Live
When you have completed all above steps you will then be assigned your unique User ID to access your workflow from Unity4. You will receive a call from HR and then you are ready to get started working with Unity4.
