Is there a department at Unity4 to assist with technical difficulties?
Unity4 has a dedicated help desk to supporting its Agents for all software and hardware problems that are directly related to Unity4.

What if my computer breaks down?
Unity4 is able to assist you with any issues that are directly related to the use of software used as part of your contact with Unity4. For any problems that you may have with hardware, ISP or other programs you will need to contact your own computer technician.
