![]() payment & scheduling
Unity4 will pay you twice a month into your nominated bank account according to the Unity4 paycycle. How is my pay calculated? At Unity4 you are in control of the amount of money that you can earn each week. You may be paid in a number of ways. Either for every call that you make, per minute you are working, or for completed calls only. Effectively, you are paid on the results that you generate. Our current agents are earning between $16.20 - $30 per hour. Does Unity4 pay superannuation and workers compensation? Yes, we will transfer your superannuation entitlements into your nominated superannuation fund. You will also be covered by Unity4’s workers compensation premium. How is my work allocated? You will need to register your availability with Unity4 by 5pm each Thursday for the following week. We will then allocate you work according to your availability and the campaigns that you are trained on. Please be aware that you are not guaranteed work for all of the hours that you are available, however the availability that you submit to Unity4 will be used as a guide. How many hours can I work per week? You are able to work up to 38 hours per week (or reasonable additional hours) averaged over 12 months, provided that Unity4 has the work to allocate. We request that you be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week and suggest that you don’t work more than 8 hours per day. Also, you will need to take a break away from the computer after 5 hours, and we recommend a short 5 minute break every hour. What happens if there is no work available? If there is no work available for you from Unity4 we will send you an email and let you know with as much notice as possible. We understand that you need to organise your life around your work commitments and will try to accommodate this. | ||||||
